With over 15 years of managerial and technical experience in integration and Data technologies, Ashish is adept at managing complex programs. He has experience in designing and implementing system stacks and products for Banking and Telecom organizations. He has worked closely with Chief Data Officer, Chief Information Officer and Chief Technology Officer to define and implement strategic architecture.

Ashish is proficient in driving modernization of Data and integration platforms, including migration to open source technology stack, product and delivery management.

Responsible for implementing the “Data as a Service” for Group and instantiating that across various operating Countries. He has designed and developed the real- time analytics engine for Barclays that enhanced customer engagement via proactively managing customer finances and calculate Social Net Promoter Score via sentiments analysis. Product powered by real-time analytics engine is the winner of I-COM Global Data Creativity Awards 2016 – Emerging Markets & General Category.

Ashish is on the technical evaluation panel for investment boards shortlisting early stage start up. He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science.

Ashish represented Barclays in Nasscom Big Data Summit; Nasscom Annual conference and IAMAI Digital Money 2016.
