Tannia joined Open Insights as Executive assistant to CTO and office assistant.

She provides operational support and has an excellent understanding of it. Tannia also coordinates recruitment activity for Open Insights, not only for the India Office but for their global offices as well. Armed with a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce with a specialization in Business Administration, a degree in Personnel Management, and Teacher’s training, she brings good people management skills in a mixed bag. Having previously managed top executive offices efficiently and also having worked in a Human resource generalist capacity in the fields of Travel, Hospitality, and Education, with some international work exposure (Kuwait 5yrs), she has over 9 years of relevant experience managing business and guest relations, and projects at senior management levels in an organized and professional manner. Tannia is diligent and meticulous with attention to detail.
